  • Q: What is the minimum?

    A: The minimum on all EZkit’s is 100 pieces.

  • Q: Can I add items from other suppliers or vendors?

    A: We are happy to customize a kit for you outside of the EZkit program. Please contact your rep for details.

  • Q: Can I ship on my own shipper #?

    A: Yes. Please indicate on PO.

  • Q: Are there any additional drop shipment fees when using my own shipper #?

    A: No.

  • Q: Can I ship internationally?

    A: We can definitely accommodate this request outside of the EZkit program. Please contact your rep for details.

  • Q: Can we submit custom art for the card rather than using a stock design card?

    A: Yes, please submit art with your PO. Custom art will be printed 1-sided on a 4x6 card.

  • Q: Will I receive images of the final kit?

    A: All orders over $5K will have an image sent for approval for proceeding with packout. All other orders will receive an image for your records, that doesn’t require approval unless specifically requested on your PO.

  • Q: Are there other options to decorate the box such as direct printing?

    A: Yes, please contact your rep to quote those options outside of the EZkit program.

  • Q: Can items inside the kits be personalized?

    A: We do offer personalization on many items, along with kitting options. Please contact your rep to quote this outside of the EZkit program.
